About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobility Funding & Partnerships Intern to support our Manager, Mobility Funding & Partnerships and innovative mobility team. You’ll contribute to projects that directly impact the Clean Mobility Options Program (CMO). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to a statewide incentive program in California.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in analyzing budgets and tracking expenditures for mobility project awardees to ensure compliance and effective use of funds.
  • Support the review of voucher agreements, particularly in evaluating trends as it pertains to project scope changes.
  • Contribute to updates and improvements of the Mobility Project Implementation Toolkit.
  • Assisting in the refinement and finalization of the Partnership Toolkit for use with external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Completed at least three years of accredited college/university level coursework.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Compensation

The complete salary range for this role is $16-21 per hour ($33,000 - $44,000 per year, assuming full-time work year). Pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, etc.
