About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobility Funding & Partnerships Intern to support our Manager, Mobility Funding & Partnerships and innovative mobility team. You’ll contribute to projects that directly impact the Clean Mobility Options Program (CMO). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to a statewide incentive program in California.

What You Will Be Doing

Assist in analyzing budgets and tracking expenditures for mobility project awardees to ensure compliance and effective use of funds.
Support the review of voucher agreements, particularly in evaluating trends as it pertains to project scope changes.
Contribute to updates and improvements of the Mobility Project Implementation Toolkit.
Assisting in the refinement and finalization of the Partnership Toolkit for use with external stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Table

Completed at least three years of accredited college/university level coursework.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Compensation

The complete salary range for this role is $16-21 per hour ($33,000 - $44,000 per year, assuming full-time work year). Pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, etc.
