Overview
Calm.com is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing and Acquisition to lead the company’s growth engine across paid, earned, and owned channels. This role will define the strategy, build a high-impact growth function, and collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive scalable user acquisition and activation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-channel growth and acquisition strategy to drive new user growth and activation
- Lead and mentor a growth marketing team; partner with product, analytics, and creative teams
- Design and run experiments, A/B tests, and attribution models to optimize funnel performance
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement across channels
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs, onboarding flows, and retention strategies
- Build partnerships and cross-functional alignment to unlock growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving rapid user growth and activation in consumer tech
- Strong data and analytics orientation; experience with SQL, GA4, and attribution models
- Experience leading teams and collaborating with product, design, and engineering
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking
