Associate Customer Success Manager (HVLT)

Calm.com is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager (HVLT) to join our team and help drive outcomes for high-value Calm customers enrolled in the HVLT program. This role focuses on delivering value, ensuring successful adoption, and renewing relationships with top-tier customers.

Role Overview

You will manage a portfolio of HVLT customers, craft success plans, onboard new users, drive product adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to maximize customer value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new HVLT customers and set clear success milestones
• Drive product adoption, usage, and time-to-value
• Monitor health metrics and renewal risk; take proactive steps to minimize churn
• Lead quarterly business reviews and articulate ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and gather customer feedback

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer success, account management, or related SaaS field
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven with ability to analyze usage metrics
• Experience with CRM tools (eg Salesforce, HubSpot) and support platforms
• Self-starter, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
