  • Lead and coach a high-impact SMB/Agency sales team of AEs.
  • Develop and execute new-customer sales strategy with quarterly/annual targets.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and quota attainment for the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading a sales team in fast-paced SaaS/tech with new customer focus.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and quota attainment.
  • Coaching, leadership, strong communication and organization.
  • Strong Salesforce experience for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel ~10%.
  • BA/BS strongly preferred.
