- Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population with outbound calls
- Enroll eligible patients with Shields Partner Pharmacy
- Access EMR and review notes before outbound calls
- Identify meds needing special storage/handling
- Identify supplies for meds (sharps, needles, swabs, Band-Aids)
- Flexible shifts: M-F 8:30-4:30 or 12-8; occasional Sat 11-4
🎯 Requirements
- Verbal skills to persuade patients to use Shields Pharmacy
- Strong phone communication skills
- Empathetic; enjoys talking with patients
- Proactively engage patients by phone
- Build rapport with patients quickly
- MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; HS diploma; 0-1 yrs; PTCB/ExCPT preferred
