Lead and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists across hospital partners.
Manage day-to-day workflow, training, access requests, and escalations.
Audit communications and data in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and EMRs.
Collaborate with hospital sites, clinical integration, and on-site managers.
Oversee staffing: ADP, PTO, time reporting; assist onboarding.
Provide guidance on daily tasks, meetings, and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills with integrity and empathy.
Excellent phone skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Willow, QS1, or RX30 is a plus.
Energetic, team-oriented leader with discretion.
