  • Reside in Mountain or Pacific Time zone.
  • Ability to build rapport with older adults and family caregivers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; friendly, nurturing.
  • Strong organizational and time management; handle high volume.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and contact center systems.
