🎯 Requirements
- Licensed clinicians: LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/psychologists in operating states (CA for hybrids)
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Trauma-informed, CBT/ACT/DBT; triage, risk, crisis, ICD-10, treatment planning
- Proficiency with EHR; comfortable using Google Suite and Zoom
- Strong communication, active listening, and collaboration with clients and teams
- Time management, consistent schedule, attention to detail, professionalism
- Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, ongoing learning
- Adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork in interdisciplinary models
