📋 Description

• Prospect pre-qualified leads and schedule listing appointments
• Handle MLS listings and marketing; file paperwork and post to MLS/social
• Work with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts through closing
• Schedule listing presentations with sellers
• Provide listing presentations with key selling points and suggested price
• Build and maintain client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Active California real estate license
• CRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, and MLS experience is a plus
• One year real estate experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
