Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert into clients and schedule listings
Manage MLS listings, paperwork, posting to MLS/social media, and marketing plan
Work with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Schedule and conduct listing presentations for potential sellers
Provide sellers with clear listing presentations and pricing guidance
Build and maintain client relationships; conduct tours, listings, and open houses

🎯 Requirements

Active California real estate license
One year real estate experience
CRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, MLS experience a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
