- Deliver teletherapy to adult healthcare workers via HIPAA-compliant Zoom.
- Use CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman Method.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and plans in our EHR.
- Use PHQ-9, GAD-7, and other measures to monitor progress.
🎯 Requirements
- Independent California licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist)
- EMDR training or certification and telehealth EMDR experience
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure providing therapy to adults
- Experience with healthcare professionals or first responders
- Availability 10-15 hours/week
- Proficiency with telehealth, EHRs, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
