• 負責經營 Cake 台灣的社群商務合作（企業合作單元、品牌合作 Campaign、KOL/KOC 合作洽談等）
• 發想並執行 Cake 社群平台的流量成長策略
• 分析各項社群數據指標，追蹤後續成效並持續優化
• 參與發想各種 Creative Campaign 創造品牌在社群網路上更多的影響力
• 不定時配合行銷專案檔期或熱門社群時事，發想創意線上活動，增品牌曝光度與影響力

• 對於社群經營具備高度熱情，且有 3 年以上社群帳號經營相關經驗
• 熟悉任一基本視覺設計工具（如 Canva, AI, Ps, Figma, PPT）並可主導素材製作、與設計師協作
• 熟悉社群數據洞察，有使用過數據分析/管理工具為佳（如 Looker Studio, Supermetrics, GA 等）
• 良好的商務思維，具備 B2B 行銷與社群經營能力
• 目標導向且具自發性，能夠高度掌握時程、專案進度並兼顧透明主動的溝通，能與組織內外有效溝通。

• 了解社群廣告投放知識並有投放經驗
• 良好的英文溝通能力，能和不同國籍的社群夥伴交流
