隨著 Cake 社群帳號的快速成長，我們正在積極尋找 2 位社群行銷實習生加入團隊。身為 Cake 行銷團隊的一員，你將會參與台灣 B2C 社群行銷的各項操作，通過運營 LINE 官方帳號和 FB 求職社團等社群帳號，與潛在 Cake 使用者互動。

期待你能透過創意靈活且成效顯著的社群行銷內容，讓 Cake 的社群被更多人看見，並學習如何透過數據驅動策略來提升品牌知名度及影響力。在這份實習中，你將有機會接觸許多國際知名企業（Google, LINE 等），甚至是各領域的專家及創作者，累積品牌社群行銷經驗、增強市場競爭力，為未來職業道路奠定堅實的基礎。

• 社群經營：協助管理 Cake 台灣市場的社群帳號（如：文組人求職社、工程師求職社、蛋糕找實習、 LINE）。
• 製作商務合作貼文：協助商務合作貼文的製作與優化，需具備細心與耐心，有效傳遞品牌訊息，並透過創意發想提升貼文成效。
• 創意發想與品牌推廣：在團隊合作的基礎上，積極參與創意發想和提議，結合品牌調性與季度或專案活動的目標，透過各種行銷管道進行社群上的品牌推廣，以提升品牌知名度及黏著度。
• 其他任務：支援符合行銷團隊目標的其他事項

• 社群經驗：對 Facebook 社團和 LINE 官方帳號有基礎認識，具操作經驗者佳。
• 設計技能：熟悉 Canva 等設計工具，能根據不同主題製作多樣化的視覺圖像。
• 寫作能力：具備流暢且邏輯清晰的中文書寫能力，能快速整理資訊。
• 品牌熱情：熱愛 Cake 品牌，了解品牌各社群內容。
• 行銷熱忱：對社群行銷有熱忱與想法，密切關注行銷趨勢。
• 數據分析：能分析社群內容成效並調整內容策略。
• 主動性與責任感：具備創意、執行力強、目標導向，良好的溝通與協作能力。
• 配合時間：每週至少可配合 3 天，持續實習至少 6 個月。

• 擁有品牌社群、自媒體經營經驗。
• 具備平面設計、插圖或電繪能力。
• 社群廣告投放操作經驗。
• 其他行銷經驗 (performance marketing, campaign, product marketing etc.)
