Job Intro
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior/Middle Recruitment Consultant located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for daily recruitment processes, including doing business development, keep up-to-date with market news, consulting with clients, interviewing candidates, and communicating with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating partnerships and driving growth for the business in Vietnam and the surrounding region.

Basic Qualifications
- Graduate Recruitment and Consulting skills
- Experience in project management and driving business growth
- Having a proven track record for establishing new clients
- Excellent interviewing skills and experience
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on both verbal and written communication
- Effective recruiting skills, with experience in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
