職缺介紹你喜歡解決問題、對使用者經驗充滿好奇嗎？我們正在尋找一位細心、有耐心的實習夥伴加入客服團隊，成為求職者 / 企業用戶與我們平台之間的重要橋梁。
在這個角色中，你將實際參與客服運作，協助處理來自求職者的各類需求與問題，優化客服流程，並透過與產品、工程、行銷等團隊的協作，提升整體使用者體驗。我們希望你不只是執行任務，更能從中累積經驗，培養解決問題、優化流程的能力，成為獨當一面的優秀問題解決者。
職務內容
- 透過客服系統（如 Intercom）回應求職者來訊，協助解決帳號、履歷、投遞等操作問題
- 協助處理使用者投訴、回報及異常狀況通報，並與團隊內部（產品、工程、行銷等）協作處理
- 彙整與追蹤常見問題，協助撰寫 FAQ、幫助中心內容
- 針對客服紀錄進行分類與標籤，作為產品優化或數據分析的依據
- 參與使用者滿意度調查回覆，並提出客服流程優化建議
- 支援行銷活動期間即時客服支援
- 協助主管交辦的其他與求職者體驗相關任務
- 細心有耐心，喜歡解決問題
- 具備良好溝通能力與中英文文字書寫、表達能力
- 每週可配合實習至少 3 天、連續 6 個月
- 對人才平台／新創產業有熱忱
- 有客服或行政實習經驗
- 熟悉 Intercom、Zendesk 或其他客服工具
- 具備數據處理與歸納能力
- 資料蒐集與研究精神
