職缺介紹Cake 正在尋找對商務開發與人才產業有熱忱的實習夥伴加入我們！Business Intern 將與 Cake 商務團隊密切合作，在這段實習旅程中，你將有機會學習並參與：
- 如何透過陌生開發與企業客戶建立信任關係，規劃 人才招募與雇主品牌方案
- 如何進行市場研究與商業分析，理解用戶與客戶的需求與行為
- 如何設計與執行 策略性商業合作，拓展新市場機會

透過這份實習，你將參與：
- 參與潛在客戶開發流程（Cold outreach、資料搜尋、潛在夥伴名單建構等）
- 協助商務簡報製作、會議資料整理與提案文件撰寫
- 管理與維護企業客戶關係，協助專案溝通與排程
- 使用 Google Analytics、Mixpanel 等工具分析產品使用數據，提出洞察
- 協同內外部團隊推動企業端專案（如校園徵才活動、品牌合作案等）
- 協助處理客戶意見與問題回饋，提升服務體驗
- 進行市場與競品分析，協助商務策略規劃與決策
職務需求
基本條件
- 認同 Cake 的使命與對產品服務有興趣
- 不限科系與年級，需能配合至少 6 個月、每週三個整天或 20 小時以上（實體辦公為主，學期間可彈性調整）
- 熟悉基礎數位工具（如 Google Workspace、Notion、ChatGPT 等）
- 良好的邏輯與溝通能力，與團隊協作能力
- 積極主動，擅長發現與解決問題，有責任感與學習熱忱
- 有商務開發、客戶關係、數據分析、電話銷售等相關實習經驗
- 有使用分析工具如 Google Analytics, Mixpanel 的經驗
- 可以長期配合（實習 6 個月以上），表現良好將有優先轉正機會！
