隨著 Cake 社群帳號的快速成長，我們計畫發展更多的短影音和 YouTube 長片內容，我們正在積極尋找社群影音實習生加入我們的台灣行銷團隊。

身為 Cake 行銷團隊的一員，期待你能夠透過創意靈活、成效顯著的社群行銷內容，讓 Cake 的社群被更多人看見！把握這份機會，你將能體驗到各種社群平台的經營模式、紮實累積品牌社群行銷經驗，並接觸到許多國際知名企業（Google, Amazon, IBM, LINE, Tesla, Yahoo, L'Oréal, Dcard...等），甚至是各領域的專家及創作者。

職務內容

主要協助經營 Cake 社群帳號的短影音內容（如：Instagram / Facebook / YouTube 頻道），發想與執行 Cake 的日常社群內容，面向包含：知識資訊型內容、社群趣味型內容等。
協助企劃以及拍攝 YouTube 長影音內容。
透過靈活多元的方式，將 Cake 的社群內容擴散至更多人眼中，讓效益極大化。
透過行銷管道，提升 Cake 的品牌知名度與品牌黏著度。
分析後台數據，並迭代製作優化在下一個影片作品。

職務需求

基本條件

具備影片剪輯能力（工具不限）
具備流暢、邏輯清晰的中文書寫與口語表達能力
對職涯議題有興趣，且熟悉、認同 Cake 品牌及社群內容
不畏鏡頭，樂於在品牌社群中露臉
每週可實習至少 3 天（全天）

加分條件

有經營社群帳號的經驗，且能提供具體成功案例與數據成果
擅長製作與剪輯動態影片、影像、動畫（超加分！）
具備領導經驗（例如社團幹部）
具備數據分析能力，能透過數據佐證成果並調整內容策略。
目標導向且具自發性，能夠高度掌握時程、專案進度並兼顧透明主動的溝通。
