📋 Description

  • Lead and innovate within the department, managing a team.
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and client management.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and advise on strategic goals.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage budgeted expenses.
  • Meet or exceed client KPIs and deliver sales presentations.
  • Location: Remote; hybrid if local to Chicago; travel for events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • Significant experience as department director; CPG experience preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving.
  • Sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret data from SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI.
