📋 Description

• Lead Starbucks operations: deliveries, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Improve KPIs: Production Time, Order Defect Rate, Cost per Order; train baristas on safety.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses to improve profitability.
• Maintain compliance with Gopuff and laws; analyze reports to enforce policies.
• Implement Safety and HR measures; ensure safety and conduct QA reviews.
• Oversee store operations; ensure coverage during shifts, peak times, weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor exp; 1 yr in QSR/cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused environment experience.
• Leadership to coach and mentor team members professionally.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Google Suite.
• Ability to lead in a changing environment and resolve conflicts.
• Proven change-agent with improving processes and efficiencies.
