📋 Description

• Lead Starbucks store operations, including inventory, deliveries, and equipment.
• Drive KPI improvements for production time, order defect rate, and cost per order.
• Train and coach baristas on safety, standard work, and productivity.
• Meet budget targets for productivity, labor, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies and laws; analyze reports to enforce policies.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage across shifts and weekends to ensure guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of manager/supervisor experience; 1 year in QSR/cafe preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Leadership to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Proven change agent with improved processes and efficiencies.
