🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in retail/hospitality; coffee/food/bev preferred.
• 2+ years leading a team of 10+ people.
• Barista Essentials training completed or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Solid understanding of P&L and driving profit.
• Comfort with Google Drive tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
