🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail/hospitality with cafe focus.
• 2+ years leadership of 10+ people.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Barista Essentials training completed or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required or within 30 days.
• On-site position; flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
