- Experience with Cadence ECAD-MCAD tool
- 8+ years experience as a Librarian
- Experience with IPC-7351 footprint standard
- Understanding of footprint design
- Experience with library configuration management
- Strong communication with multiple functional groups
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
