📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks Online.
• Review the GL to identify trends, variances, and issues monthly.
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely client payments.
• Process client payroll and HR/employee updates.
• Manage multiple client engagements, prioritizing deadlines.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting.
• QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and Bill.com experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, easily switching between multiple clients as needed.
