CAAS Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and support clients with accounting, including transaction entry and month-end close.
• Lead and train junior accountants to foster a high-performance team.
• Serve as the main client contact and ensure excellent client service.
• Review monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders.
• Formulate customized solutions based on client data and goals.
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred
• 10+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Xero
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
