Oversee and support client accounting, transaction entries, and month-end close.
Train and lead junior accountants to a high-performance team.
Be the main client contact and ensure client service quality.
Review monthly financial statements for owners and stakeholders.
Develop customized client solutions using client data and goals.
Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license preferred
10+ years in industry accounting or public accounting
Experience managing and developing staff
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; Sage Intacct & Xero preferred
