Oversee accounting for clients, manage transaction entry, cleanup, and month-end close.
Manage and train junior accountants; provide growth and feedback.
Serve as the main client contact and primary client service lead.
Review monthly financial statements for owners and stakeholders.
Create customized client solutions based on data and goals.
Lead full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license preferred
10+ years of accounting experience
Experience managing and developing staff
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Experience with Sage Intacct and Xero
