C4N Production Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise entry and mid-level staff on the LCAC ACV program.
• Manage assembly operations: electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical components.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering, harnessing, and welding.
• Set up and adjust processes to blueprint tolerances.
• Interpret blueprints and specs; determine operation sequence and setup.
• Maintain required certifications and clearance; onsite 5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree required; Bachelor's in Engineering or related field required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; CPIM/CSCP/Lean/Six Sigma/PMP desired.
• 8+ years in planning, scheduling, inventory, QA, and team management.
• Marine, aerospace, or automotive experience preferred; ERP/MRP/MES experience.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; project management and MS Office skills.
• Onsite 5 days/week; some travel.
