🎯 Requirements

5+ years planning or project management experience in manufacturing or high-traceability environments
Experience managing supplier relationships, inventory, and procurement basics
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
Strong background in problem-solving and leadership
Demonstrated ERP experience; Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle knowledge preferred
Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and startup experience
