- Support end-to-end sourcing for assigned commodities from demand to PO.
- Conduct market research to identify suppliers and RFQ/RFP needs.
- Assist with supplier negotiations and contracting strategies.
- Maintain RFQs, RFPs, bids, and POs in ERP systems.
- Track supply and demand signals; coordinate with planning for on-time delivery.
- Partner with quality, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and legal to improve supplier performance.
- Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement (QCD).
🎯 Requirements
- 0-2 years in sourcing/procurement; internships ok.
- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing ops.
- RFQ/RFP cycles, negotiations, and PO placement experience.
- ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
- Aerospace supply chain exposure is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
