📋 Description

• Create and manage POs for materials, packaging, programs, and contract manufacturing in Anvyl/Sage and NetSuite.
• Send POs to suppliers; confirm terms; update quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with planning and production to adjust purchasing based on inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain pricing and supplier data; support alternate sourcing options.
• Build strong supplier relationships and proactive communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience executing POs and working with suppliers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in health and wellness, personal care, or ecommerce.
• Experience in consumer products strongly preferred.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with urgency.
• Ownership mindset; high standards; outcomes-focused.
