Brand Ambassador Wallonia

About the role

Butternut Box is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our brand in Wallonia, Belgium. This on-site role focuses on building brand presence and driving awareness within the local dog-owner community.

What you will do

• Engage with dog owners at events, stores, and vet clinics to promote Butternut Box's fresh dog meals.
• Deliver friendly product demonstrations and tastings; educate customers about benefits and subscription options.
• Build partnerships with local retailers, pet-related businesses, and community groups in Wallonia.
• Create and share engaging content (in French) on social media and at events; collect feedback for the marketing team.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for events and in-store demonstrations in the Wallonia region.

Who you are

• Fluent in French; comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base in Wallonia.
• Excellent communication and networking skills; confident public speaker.
• Knowledge of the local pet-loving community; strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in brand ambassadors, field marketing, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Wallonia and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
