Butternut Box is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Wallonia region, based in Charleroi. This on-site role focuses on representing the brand, engaging with customers, and promoting products at events and in-store activations.
Role Overview
Location: Charleroi, Belgium. On-site role within the Wallonia region.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in Charleroi and across Wallonia
- Engage with customers, demonstrate products, and answer questions
- Attend events, in-store activations, and community activities
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve brand goals
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in brand promotion, events, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel within the region
