Responsibilities

• Attend and staff events, exhibitions, and pop-up activations.
• Set up and break down event displays in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate products and share key benefits with attendees.
• Engage attendees, answer questions, and build rapport with potential customers.
• Capture leads and assist with promotions and offer sign-ups.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on attendee interest and event outcomes.
• Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently applied.
• Travel to events as required and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and confident presentation skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends when events occur.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus for local outreach.
• Eligible to work in Belgium; able to provide valid work documentation if needed.
