📋 Description

  • Deeply understand customer objectives and act as trusted advisor with regular meetings.
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy; drive value and growth aligned to client goals.
  • Drive renewal strategies and strategic alignment with clients and Businessolver.
  • Manage client relationships at senior levels (Sr. Director+; VP/SVP ideal).
  • Educate clients on product releases, updates, and industry changes; discuss ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with clients, brokers, and carriers in Benefit Administration sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits, HR tech, or Health Care.
  • Experience with employer groups of 10,000 lives+.
  • GBA, CEBS, PHR designations preferred.
  • Proven history of retaining and renewing client partnerships.

🎁 Benefits

  • OTE: 300K–350K/year with quota over-achievement.
  • Base pay: 141K–221K/year; depends on education/experience.
