Coordinate with clients/vendors to gather and analyze requirements.
Collaborate with teams to understand client benefits, file layouts, and mappings.
Document and configure files, including secure transfer setup and testing.
Act as primary liaison across clients/vendors to document data exchange requirements.
Use industry file formats and tools: JavaScript/XML/XLS, Beyond Compare, SQL, and Access.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as an administrative outsourcing analyst; SaaS coding a plus.
Experience in administrative outsourcing analysis; SaaS coding a plus.
Experience with various payroll platforms is ideal.
Understanding payroll file formats.
XML/XSL and strong Excel skills.
BS preferred, but not required.
