📋 Description

• Build ROI models and value analyses with Sales/CS to quantify customer impact
• Analyze client workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Refine value positioning with Sales, Product, CS to focus on outcomes
• Conduct executive reviews translating data into ROI insights
• Develop reusable value frameworks and ROI calculators
• Partner with leadership to inform CS & GTM strategy through customer value

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in consulting, banking, or a high-growth startup in value consulting
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, influence clients
• Strong slide-building; Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting is valuable
• Excellent communicator; confident with executives and customers
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
