  • Monitor and triage Salesforce and GTM requests across channels
  • Perform light Salesforce administration: user provisioning, layouts, reports
  • Log and route non-trivial work to the Continuous Improvement intake with context
  • Troubleshoot minor automation issues, validation rule conflicts, and data mappings
  • Coordinate escalations with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and BSAs
  • Document updates and maintain knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical support, helpdesk, BA, or systems role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce basics (objects, fields, layouts, reports, permissions)
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (or in progress); Advanced Admin preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Exposure to HubSpot, DocuSign, and GTM systems
