  • Activate/deactivate customer dashboard instances as required
  • Govern feature access per contracts and internal policies
  • Provide internal ops support for platform access and day-to-day tasks

  • Maintain documentation of customer instances and feature access
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer operations or SaaS support
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation
  • Strong English written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer support tools
  • Familiarity with Braze platform is a plus
