Business Systems Manager

📋 Description

• G&A Systems Ownership: primary owner for core G&A systems (billing, ERP, HRIS).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with Finance, Accounting, People Ops, Legal, Revenue Ops.
• End-to-End Process Design: map and improve end-to-end workflows (quote-to-cash, hire-to-retire).
• Automation & Optimization: drive automation across the G&A digital ecosystem.
• Systems Configuration & Implementation: configure, maintain, and migrate key tools.
• Cross-System Data Flow & Governance: ensure data flows and governance across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Business Systems, Finance Ops, RevOps, or Process Automation in SaaS/fintech.
• Hands-on ERP and billing platforms experience (NetSuite, Orb, Maxio, or similar).
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and financial data flows.
• CRM-adjacent systems experience; Salesforce familiarity preferred.
• HRIS and contract management tools (Rippling, Ironclad, or similar).
• Technical aptitude with system integrations, APIs, or workflow automation.
