Business Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Own core G&A systems (billing, ERP, HRIS, legal tools) and govern them.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, People Ops, Legal, RevOps, GTM to define future state.
• Map and improve end-to-end workflows (quote-to-cash, hire-to-retire) across systems.
• Identify manual processes and drive automation to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Configure, maintain, and migrate tools; translate requirements into scalable configs.
• Develop a roadmap and lead change management, training, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Business Systems/Finance Ops/RevOps/Process Automation in SaaS or fintech.
• Hands-on ERP and billing platforms experience (NetSuite, Orb, Maxio, or similar).
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and financial data flows.
• CRM-adjacent systems and integrations experience; Salesforce familiarity preferred.
• Exposure to HRIS and contract management tools (Rippling, Ironclad, or similar).
• Technical aptitude with system integrations, APIs, or workflow automation tools.
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive results.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance technical detail and strategic design.
