📋 Description

• Own Salesforce end-to-end: users, roles, flows, and data quality.
• Build AI-powered RevOps workflows with Claude, Slack, Gong, Hex, Clay.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with Sales/Marketing/RevOps.
• Eliminate manual work; automate revenue workflows.
• Design human-in-the-loop AI systems balancing automation and escalation.
• Maintain data pipeline health across the GTM stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce administration in a startup; Admin cert preferred.
• AI tooling fluency with Gong, Claude, Hex, Clay; Slack workflows required.
• RevOps context: pipeline, forecasting, lead routing, deal reporting.
• Data across systems: understanding data movement and where it breaks.
• Analytical mindset with SQL or similar; collaborate with data teams.
• Clear communication and executive presence; document and present to leadership.
• Proactive ownership; identify problems and drive solutions.
