- Own and administer finance and manufacturing systems (Coupa, BC, Graphite, Arena)
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, configuration, and master data
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and improvements
- Improve system efficiency, data accuracy, automation, and UX for manufacturing/finance workflows
- Support PLM, ERP, MES data across parts, BOMs, revisions, work orders, inventory, and shop floor
- Own integrations and troubleshoot issues across Graphite ↔ BC, Coupa ↔ BC, Arena ↔ BC, and BC ↔ MES
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or similar
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and end-to-end data flows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; excellent communication
