- Own and administer finance and manufacturing systems (Coupa, BC, Arena)
- Hands-on admin: users, roles, permissions, config, master data
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and processes
- Improve system efficiency, data accuracy, automation, and UX
- Manage data flows across PLM, ERP, MES: parts, BOMs, WIP, inventory
- Own and optimize integrations: Graphite↔BC, Coupa↔BC, Arena↔BC, BC↔MES
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, or related field
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst for enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or similar
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and end-to-end data flows
- Analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and documentation skills
