Business Systems Analyst III (Workday)

📋 Description

• Partner with Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Ops to deliver solutions.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, document user stories, and translate to designs.
• Lead AI automation exploration to enhance workflows and decisions.
• Become Workday HCM expert; design, configure, test, implement; drive improvements.
• Provide production support for application functionality and data integrity.
• Drive planning and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing and supporting HR applications.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years design/config Workday HCM, Advanced Reporting, Benefits/Comp.
• Workday Integrations with Equity, HR and external vendors.
• Strong testing with test plans and unit/functional/UAT.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
