🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Enterprise HRIS/HCM Implementation Experience
- Workday Core HCM Experience (or a comparable platform) in a configuration / delivery role
- (e.g. Internal BSA, Consultant)
- Strong Business Analysis skills with clear verbal and written communication
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work on multiple priorities
