🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Enterprise HRIS/HCM implementation experience
- Workday Core HCM experience (configuration/delivery) or equivalent
- (e.g. Internal BSA or Consultant)
- Strong business analysis skills with clear verbal and written communication
- Versatility, flexibility, and ability to handle changing priorities
