Business Systems Analyst / Administrator

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Configure, administer, and maintain ERP, accounting, and CRM systems.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations; manage vendors.
• Develop test plans, including UAT, to validate changes.
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years in a business systems analyst or systems administrator role in financial services/fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with system configuration, user management, and role-based permissions.
• Hands-on experience with system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills; translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
