- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across finance and product teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, system workflows, and configuration design.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a business systems analyst or systems administrator role within financial services, fintech, or accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with system configuration, user management, and role-based permissions.
- Hands-on experience with system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
