📋 Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across finance and product teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, system workflows, and configuration design.
  • Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise systems (ERP, accounting, CRM, back-office tools).
  • Lead system upgrades, new implementations, and integration projects; manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Train end users, create documentation (user guides, SOPs), and provide post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a business systems analyst or systems administrator role within financial services, fintech, or accounting systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with system configuration, user management, and role-based permissions.
  • Hands-on experience with system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
