Lead AI-driven segmentation, personalization, and retention initiatives.
Balance day-to-day needs with long-term CRM scalability and growth.
Plan and track quarterly CRM OKRs and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Business Systems Analysis/BA or Product Management.
Hands-on CRM/Marketing Automation experience; email and SMS workflows.
Familiarity with lifecycle messaging, segmentation, and experimentation.
Data analysis skills, including SQL querying and BI tools.
Strong communication; translate between business users and technical teams.
Cross-functional coordination with Product, Eng, UX, QA, Marketing, and partners.
